We want you to love the skincare you buy from Uptown Med Spa Welland. If something isn’t right, please read the policy below to see how returns work for products bought in our clinic or through our online shop.
Which Products Can Be Returned
- Return window: Eligible products can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Product condition: To qualify for a refund, products must be unopened and sealed, with all original packaging intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept opened or used products.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
- Final sale items: Gift cards, promotional items and anything marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Opened or used products: Any product that has been opened, used or unsealed is not eligible for a return, exchange or refund.
Return Requirements
- Proof of purchase: Please bring or include your original receipt. We can’t process a return without it.
- Management approval: Every return is reviewed by our management team, who may decline returns that don’t meet this policy.
- Where to return: Products must be returned to the Uptown Med Spa location where they were purchased.
- Online orders: If you’re returning an online purchase, you’re responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned products and will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
- How you’re refunded: Refunds go back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to show on your account.
- Shipping costs: Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever is appropriate.
How to Start a Return
- In the clinic: Bring the product and your original receipt to our Welland clinic, and a manager will review your return.
- Online orders: Contact us by phone or email to begin your return. We’ll send you instructions on where to ship the product and any paperwork you’ll need.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, simply return the original item for a refund (subject to the terms above) and place a new order for the product you want.
