Can I use my membership at other locations?
Yes. Your VIP Membership can be used at all Uptown Med Spa locations: Welland, Brampton, Oakville, Surrey and Langley.
Are results guaranteed?
Results depend on your skin and how consistently you come in, but regular treatments give you the best chance of great results.
What if I miss a month?
Your membership stays active, and you can simply book your next session within your membership term.
What does “unlimited” actually mean?
You can book treatments as often as the recommended schedule allows for your service throughout your membership year.
Is it suitable for everyone?
Most skin types do well with dermaplaning. If you have active acne, a skin infection or very sensitive skin, we’ll talk through whether it’s the right choice or suggest an alternative.
How often should I book?
Every three to four weeks works well for most people, which lines up nicely with your skin’s natural renewal cycle.
Will my hair grow back thicker?
No. Vellus hair grows back at the same texture and colour. Dermaplaning doesn’t change the hair follicle.
